Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mobile applications and the website published by FrimeApp.
This document applies generically to every mobile application published by FrimeApp on Google Play. If a specific app publishes its own additional notice, that notice prevails for the parts it covers.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using a FrimeApp application you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.
Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Licence to use
FrimeApp grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the apps on devices you control.
The licence is granted for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in the app.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the apps, except where allowed by mandatory law.
You may not redistribute the apps, install modified versions (APK mods), circumvent licence checks or advertising, or use the apps for unlawful purposes.
You may not use automated systems to generate artificial traffic, fake ad impressions or fraudulent purchases.
4. Intellectual property
The apps, their source code, graphics, icons, sounds, texts and the FrimeApp name are owned by FrimeApp or its licensors.
Third-party libraries are used under their respective open-source licences, listed inside each app where required.
Content you create with an app remains yours.
5. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Any purchase or subscription is processed by Google Play Billing. FrimeApp never receives your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from Google Play > Subscriptions.
Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. For requests outside that policy, contact us and we will assess them case by case.
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal, which may be waived when digital content is delivered immediately.
6. Advertising
Some apps are free and financed by advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob.
Where a paid ad-free option exists, it is described inside the app.
FrimeApp is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the sites they link to.
7. Availability and updates
The apps are provided on an ongoing basis but may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
We recommend keeping apps updated: older versions may stop working when third-party services change.
FrimeApp is not responsible for interruptions caused by Google Play, your device, your operating system or your network connection.
8. Warranties and liability
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those required by mandatory consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrimeApp is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or damages arising from improper use of the apps.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death and personal injury.
You are responsible for backing up the content you create with our apps.
9. Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the apps.
FrimeApp may suspend or terminate your licence in case of serious breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
